We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrived damaged or had missing or incorrect items, we are happy to address your concerns. ​Please contact us online at info@walluz.com. Subject to approval, we will replace your purchase within 30 days.

To be eligible for a return, your product must be in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require an email receipt or other proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and we will apply credit to your form of payment automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items within 30 days if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@walluz.com we will respond with a ship to address for the exchange.

We reserve the right to limit or refuse any refund or exchange.

*Please note that we cannot offer a refund or exchange for any Walluz product older than 30 days.

To return your product, contact us at info@walluz.com. Walluz will not be responsible for shipping cost. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

You may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
